With a Matching Gift
Double or triple the amount of your gift with a matching gift from your employer.
Via IRA Rollover
For those at least age 72, you can make a tax-free distribution from your traditional or Roth IRA directly to St. Andrew's and is therefore not subject to federal income tax. The ability to use your Required Minimum Distribution (“RMD”) as a Qualified Charitable Deduction (“QCD”) from your IRA offsets the loss of the specific tax deduction for those now using the Standard Deduction. If you are considering making a gift of stocks or securities to St. Andrew’s School, please utilize the following instructions:
Have your broker transfer the securities to the School's Morgan Stanley account, listed under St. Andrew’s School of Delaware, Inc., account number 502-028751-117, DTC number 0015. The School’s tax ID number, should you or your broker need it, is 51-007-9506.
Please provide St. Andrew’s with your name as the donor, the stock name, and number of shares. We cannot sell the shares and credit your gift without this information. Please send this information to Megan Altig at:
