Information Gathering

We use your IP address to help diagnose problems with our server and to administer our website by identifying which parts of our site are most heavily used. We do not link IP addresses to anything personally identifiable. This means that user sessions will be tracked, but the users will remain anonymous.

Our staff occasionally monitors search terms that users enter into St. Andrew’s School Search Engine powered by Google, but this tracking is never associated with individual users.

St. Andrew’s Communications Office uses the information gathered above to tailor site content to user needs and to generate aggregate statistical reports. St. Andrew’s School maintains strict privacy policies, ensuring that personal information of our users and members is not sold, rented, released, or traded to others without prior consent or legal obligation.

Children/Direct Notice to Parents

St. Andrew’s School website has no intention of collecting any personal data from individuals under 13 years of age without parental consent. Whenever you make a gift or register for an event using this site, information will be requested on a form. The information requested includes name, address and financial information, such as a credit card number and expiration date. This information is used to obtain payment from the appropriate clearinghouse and to fulfill the visitor's request.

SMS Opt-Out: If you are receiving text messages from us and wish to stop receiving them, simply respond with STOP to the number from which you received the message. Once we receive your message, you will no longer receive further text messages from us.
