Plan I—Primary Insurance for Domestic & International Students
The Domestic Student Injury and Sickness Plan, underwritten by Crum & Forster SPC for and on behalf of ITI SP, provides primary first dollar benefits for domestic students who do not have any health insurance, or whose coverage is not accepted outside of their home area. This plan utilizes a network of medical professionals (referred to as a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), including physicians and hospitals, for any off-campus medical care your child may require. The PPO for this plan is UnitedHealthcare Options PPO and the plan options are as follows:
10 months coverage - August 15, 2022 through June 14, 2023
- $2,470 with $2,000 deductible
- $3,725 with no deductible
12 months coverage - August 15, 2022 through August 14, 2023
- $2,740 with $2,000 deductible
- $4,140 with no deductible

The International Student Injury and Sickness Plan, underwritten by Crum & Forster SPC for and on behalf of ITI SP, provides primary first dollar benefits for international students who do not have any health insurance, or whose coverage is not accepted outside of their home area.
This plan provides coverage with no deductibles, co-pays, or co-insurances for 10 months (August 15, 2022 through June 14, 2023) for $1,995.00 USD or 12 months (August 15, 2022 through August 14, 2023) for $2,225.00 USD for international students. This plan utilizes a network of medical professionals (referred to as a Preferred Provider Organization (PPO), including physicians and hospitals, for any off-campus medical care your child may require. Plan II—Supplemental Insurance (Available to Domestic & International Students)
The Student Accident Insurance plan, underwritten by A.W.G. Dewar, Inc., is a supplemental plan that offers coverage for accidental bodily injury from August 20, 2022 through June 4, 2023, for $110.00 USD. If your child participates in sports and/or is prone to accidents, we highly recommend this plan. There is no limit on the number of accidents covered during the policy period. The plan will pay 100% of eligible expenses incurred for medical services, up to $2,500 for each accident-related injury. Claims are submitted by the Health Center or parent/guardian. Since this plan is a supplemental plan, it cannot be purchased and/or used as primary health insurance coverage.
