As we start the New Year, the Health Center would like to remind parents to please notify the Health Center with any changes in your child’s health, prescription, and/or dental insurances, as well as any changes in your home address or phone numbers. If you have new insurance cards, please email pictures of the front and back of these new cards to healthcenter@standrews-de.org so that we may update your child’s health records accordingly.
