Phillip E. Pensinger, 64, peacefully passed away in the comfort of his home, surrounded by those dearest to him, on Friday, February 26, 2021.  He was born in York, Pennsylvania on February 22, 1957.

Phillip was employed as the grounds supervisor with St. Andrew’s School in Middletown, Delaware. Phillip loved being part of the St. Andrew's family, it was one of his greatest joys. Phil brought happiness and sunshine to everyone he met, he was truly a loving and kind soul.

He was predeceased by his mother, Marlene (Deamer) Pensinger, and sadly, his daughter, Danielle Brooke Pensinger, who passed away on April 24, 2020.

Phillip will be dearly missed by his wife, Darlene (Strasinger) Pensinger; his daughter, Nicole “Nikki” Kumar, and husband, Vinit.  He is also survived by his father, Grant Pensinger; his brothers, Gary and Michael Pensinger; his sister, Sue Williams.

Family and friends are invited to visit at the Doherty Funeral Home, 3200 Limestone Road, Pike Creek on Tuesday, March 9 from 11:00 AM-12:00 PM.  Funeral services will begin at 12:00 PM, immediately followed by entombment in All Saints Cemetery.
