1929 Leadership Society
In 1929, St. Andrew’s School was founded as a school of faith and learning. Almost 100 years later, our mission continues in strength, and resonates powerfully: we seek to educate the mind and develop the ethical, spiritual and moral character of our students.
The 1929 Leadership Society recognizes members of the School community whose annual contributions set a new standard of philanthropy, and are a catalyst for hope, ambition and transformation within the School. Leadership gifts:
- provide critical resources to support and inspire our faculty;
- allow us to open our doors each year to a socioeconomically diverse student body; and
- help us to bridge the 20% gap in our operating budget that falls between full tuition, and the actual cost per student, thereby preserving the School's endowment for the support of future generations of St. Andreans.
As a member of the 1929 Leadership Society, you become a vital steward of the strength and success of St. Andrew's School and its unique educational mission. Your leadership gifts help to keep St. Andrew’s at the forefront of exemplary education in America. Most importantly, your example of generosity will inspire others to sustain the St. Andrew's movement, and sends a message to the School of today that it has the support and resources to make the future St. Andrew's even more ambitious and audacious in its mission.
