On-Campus Housing Information

Residence halls are open to Reunion-year alumni (class years ending in 4s and 9s) and their families (no pets allowed in rooms or on campus) and will be available during Reunion Weekend on a first-come, first-reserved basis.

• Class years are housed together; single registrants will be housed with same-gender classmates. Let us know if you and a classmate want to be roommates.
• There are no private bathrooms, but there are designated same-gender bathrooms.
• Special accommodations needed? Please let us know on the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Basic sheets, towels, and a pillow are provided.
• Please plan for the weather. All dorms have modest pre-set air conditioning and we do not provide blankets or fans.
• Please leave valuables at home as rooms are not locked.

Reunion Shuttle to Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn in Middletown

Shuttle service will be available on Friday and Saturday nights, departing from the Fairfield Inn, Hampton Inn, and Holiday Inn in the late afternoon and returning from St. Andrew’s in the late evening. Please sign up for this complimentary service when you register for Reunion.

Cancellation Policy

If a pre-registration has been received and the room is canceled before Reunion Weekend begins, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible after Reunion Weekend.

Dress for most of the weekend is casual. Plan to be comfortable! Please note that on Saturday evening Class photos will be taken at the cocktail party. Business casual or dressier is encouraged for Saturday evening’s activities.

Babysitting

For children under the age of 5, we ask for you to arrange a private sitter. All questions regarding scheduling, availability, and payment should be made directly with the sitter. St. Andrew’s does not provide training or supervision of babysitters and has not performed background checks. Reunion Funhouse

The Reunion Funhouse provides supervised activities for children 5-12 years of age. It operates during most of the hours when Reunion activities are scheduled. The cost of this service is included in the children’s weekend package rate or as a separate per diem fee for those not attending the entire weekend. Reunion Funhouse hours are:
