On-Campus Housing Information

Residence halls are open to alumni in class years ending in 2s and 7s and their families (no pets allowed in rooms or on campus) and will be available during Reunion Weekend on a first-come first-serve basis.

• Class years are housed together; single registrants will be housed with same-gender classmates. Let us know on the registration form if you and a classmate want to be roommates.
• There are no private bathrooms, but there are designated same-gender bathrooms.
• Special accommodations needed? Please let us know on the registration form and we will do our best to accommodate you.
• Basic sheets, towels, and a pillow are provided.
• Please plan for the weather. Some halls do not have air conditioning and we do not provide blankets or fans.
• Please leave valuables at home as rooms are not locked.

Rodney Point Camping

Rodney Point will be open to all alumni who wish to “camp out” for Reunion Weekend. A shuttle will be provided to and from campus. No children are allowed at Rodney Point.

• Campsites should be set up in the fields on the non-water side of the gravel drive.
• Both tents and RVs are welcome; however, no water or electrical hookups are available on Rodney Point.
• Be prepared for primitive accommodations. Porta Potties and two outdoor showers will be on site. The Sipprelle Field House locker rooms will also be available for indoor showering throughout the weekend.
• No swimming or boat access on the Rodney Point waterfront (you will of course be able to swim and boat on St. Andrew’s waterfront).

Reunion Shuttle to Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn in Middletown & to Rodney Point
Shuttle service will be available on Friday and Saturday nights, departing from the Hampton Inn and Holiday Inn at 4:45 p.m. and returning from St. Andrew’s at 9:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. There will be a shuttle to and from Rodney Point as well. Please sign up for this complimentary service when you register for Reunion.

Cancellation Policy

If a pre-registration has been received and the room is canceled before Reunion Weekend begins, a full refund will be issued as soon as possible after Reunion Weekend.

Dress for most of the weekend is casual. Most events for the weekend will be held outside. Please note that on Saturday evening Class photos will be taken at the cocktail party. Business casual or dressier is encouraged for Saturday evening’s activities.

Babysitting

For children under the age of 5, we ask for you to arrange a private sitter. All questions regarding scheduling, availability, and payment should be made directly with the sitter. St. Andrew’s does not provide training or supervision of babysitters and has not performed background checks. Reunion Funhouse

The Reunion Funhouse provides supervised activities for children 5-12 years of age. It operates during most of the hours when Reunion activities are scheduled. The cost of this service is included in the children’s weekend package rate or as a separate per diem fee for those not attending the entire weekend.
