We continue to plan for an in-person Parents Weekend during the weekend of Friday, October 22 - Sunday, October 24. As you prepare to travel to campus, please review our health and safety protocols for the weekend:
- We expect that all visitors to campus will be vaccinated against COVID-19. If you or a member of your party will not be vaccinated, please email Director of Parent Engagement Bernadette Devine (firstname.lastname@example.org) at your earliest convenience so that we can make accomodations for you.
- We recommend that all visitors be tested for COVID-19 one to three days prior to traveling to campus for Parents Weekend. Upon arrival, all visitors may be rapid-tested.
- Masks will be required for all (students, faculty, staff, and visitors) when indoors.
- We may ask families to limit the total number of guests per student.
We will finalize these protocols and will share a Parents Weekend schedule here and in the Friday News in the coming weeks. If you do not live locally, we recommend booking at a nearby hotel—such as the Hampton Inn or Holiday Inn Express, both in Middletown—well in advance.
