About Head Coach Pat Moffitt
Coach Moffitt is a native of southern New Jersey, where he attended Washington Township High School in Sewell, New Jersey. While there he played quarterback for the football team. He was a two time All-Conference selection, as well as being named South Jersey All-Group IV as a senior. From there Moffitt went on to attend Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts, where he was a three-year starting quarterback.
During his three years as a starter, Moffitt led Williams to an overall record of 20-4, capping off his career with a perfect 8-0 record and a NESCAC Championship. He set a host of school passing records, including touchdown passes in a season (25), which was also the most for a single-season in NESCAC history. Following his senior season, Moffitt was named 1st Team All-NESCAC, NESCAC Player of the Year, 1st Team All-New England, New England Football Writer’s Gold Helmet Award Winner (Div. II/III New England Player of the Year), 2nd Team All-East Region by d3football.com and Division III Player of the Year by the Touchdown Club of Southern New Jersey.
Moffitt spent one year in sales following his graduation from Williams in 2011. In 2012, he returned to his passion for football and became the Wide Receivers Coach for Norwich University in Northfield, Vermont. He spent a total of three seasons at Norwich, coaching the wide receivers in 2012 and 2013, and coaching the quarterbacks in 2014. During his time at Norwich, Moffitt coached three All-Conference players and helped guide the team to an ECAC Bowl Game in each of those three seasons. He completed his master’s degree in Public Administration while at Norwich. Moffitt also spent part of his summer in 2016 coaching the quarterbacks at Point University in West Point, Georgia for their pre-season.
Moffitt was named Head Coach of the St. Andrew’s football program for the 2015 season and has served in the position since then.
