While a New York City native, Devin has been a member of the St. Andrew’s community for her entire life. First as a daughter of an alum (Stacey ‘85), then a sibling of a student (Cristin ‘04). In 2003, her family moved to St. Andrew’s when her mom began working at the school. She lived on campus as a faculty kid for three years before becoming a student herself. While at St. Andrew’s, Devin played on the volleyball team, sang for the Noxontones, and served as Co-President. In 2010, she graduated cum laude and received the William H. Cameron Award for outstanding service to the school.
In 2015, Devin graduated from Northeastern University in Boston, MA . As a Ujima Scholar, she earned a Bachelor’s in Sociology and minored in Education. As a part of Northeastern’s five year Co-op program, Devin worked two six-month full time internships, in addition to studying abroad in three different countries.
Devin moved back to New York City to work as a boarding school counselor for the education and leadership non-profit, Prep for Prep. In that role, she worked over 70 students attending 11 different boarding school across the northeast.
At St. Andrew’s, Devin will serve as Assistant Dean of Diversity Education, Assistant Director of College Counseling, teach Health and Wellness and Leadership and Equity, and assistant coach volleyball. She lives on Upper Mein with VI Form girls and her 20-year-old turtle, Turtlie.
