College Counseling

St. Andrew’s prepares students for what comes next—our College Counseling team will get them there.

Each student has worked hard to be part of and to contribute to St. Andrew’s, and will bring amazing talents and skills to his or her next community. We help our students find a place where they can best continue these habits in their years following St. Andrew’s.

We help our students think deeply and carefully about their talents and aspirations, set reasonable and appropriate goals, and present themselves in a manner that will maximize their strengths.

Members of our College Counseling team visit colleges and universities throughout the year to keep our understanding of these institutions fresh, and to ensure colleges’ familiarity with the strengths and character of St. Andrew’s and its students. Admissions officers from a variety of colleges attend our Experience St. Andrew’s program, giving them an opportunity to spend time in our classrooms and engage with students and faculty to better understand our school and curriculum. 

We host ~70 individual visits from college admission representatives during the fall semester. These representatives meet with students informally and provide an overview of their respective institutions and application processes.
