Richard is a 1988 graduate of St. Andrew’s School and a 1992 graduate of Princeton University. Richard has served as CEO of Alloy Capital (“Alloy”) since its founding in 2015. Alloy is a private credit and investment company operating in the US, Mexico, and other developing markets. Richard also has served as president of Pinto America Growth Fund, L.P. (PAGF) since its formation in 2005. PAGF is an investment company focused on the US Hispanic market. Prior to Alloy and PAGF, Richard was a managing principal of Zephyr Management, L.P., based in New York and Seoul with senior responsibilities in Asia and Latin America. Prior to Zephyr, he worked at Bankers Trust Company in New York in Global Investment Management and the bank’s proprietary Funds Management group. Richard serves on the boards of a select number of private companies and not-for-profit organizations, is a member of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and is a CFA charterholder.
