Grace Gahagan is an upper school history teacher at The Park School. Prior to her career at the Park School, Grace served as a history teacher and associate dean of students at St. Andrew’s. Earlier in her career, Grace worked at Colorado Springs Fine Arts Center as a guest curator and the Business Art Center as an assistant to the director. Grace then taught at American international schools for a year in Yaoundé, Cameroon and two years in Chennai, India. Grace returned to St. Andrew’s in 2018 and then began her career at the Park School in 2020.
After graduating from St. Andrew’s, Grace attended Colorado College where she earned her BA in art history, with minors in music and museum studies, in 2014. Grace then attended Columbia University where she earned a MA in social studies teacher education in 2018.
Grace’s parents are former St. Andrew's trustee William “Hoyt” and Christine “Christy” Gahagan P’10,’11. Grace’s grandmother is chair emeritus Katherine “Kitten” duPont Gahagan GP’10,’11. Kitten is the granddaughter of A. Felix duPont.
