This information is only shared with St. Andrew’s Health Services. Such a survey provides the School with an immediate sense of any health issues or travel contacts that may be of concern. Parents, please respond prior to your child's return to campus, at least several days before your child arrives on campus.

Please do not allow your child to return to campus if he/she/they are ill. Please report any illness your child experiences over the break to our Health Center. We will screen students who have been ill before they return to the community.
