Elected Trustee Emeritus in 2007, Maureen is the first woman to serve the St. Andrew’s Board of Trustees in this position. She was first elected to the Board in 1993 as a Parent Representative, followed by an appointment to Term Trustee.

Maureen has been a long-term member of the Advancement Committee, chairing the Parents’ Annual Giving Fund for several years and later heading up the Parents of Alumni portion of the Annual Fund. She is a member and former chair of the Education Committee and served on the Building and Grounds Committee.

Maureen was one of several St. Andrew’s trustees asked to become involved with the design, construction, staffing and timely opening of St. Anne’s Episcopal School in Middletown. She served for two years on the St. Anne’s Board of Trustees.

Having lived in the Annapolis, Maryland, area for more than 45 years, Maureen has been involved with the Women’s Committee of the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, worked as a volunteer for Indian Creek School, and served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Auxiliary of the Anne Arundel Medical Center.

Maureen is a graduate of Marymount College in Tarrytown, New York. She is the mother of five, all of whom are graduates of St. Andrew’s: Colin ’91, Kearney ’93, Kate ’96, Ben ’99 and Molly ’02, as well as the proud grandmother of eight.
