Organic Garden

Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food, and medicine for the soul.

Luther Burbank

Each fall and spring, students work in our two-acre organic garden to plant and harvest vegetables and flowers for the community. To complete the energy cycle, all fruit and vegetable waste from the kitchen is delivered to the garden's compost heap, as well as leaf matter from our grounds.
