Arts Weekend Chapel, 5.12.2013 — Dr. Janice Nevin '77,P'13
Dr. Janice Nevin delivered the 2013 Arts Weekend Chapel Talk on Sunday morning in the A. Felix duPont, Jr. Memorial Chapel. In it, Dr. Nevin discusses her time as part of the first female cohort at St. Andrew's and how, though many aspects of the School have changed since then, the core values of kindness, resilience, and empathy still very remain.

Associate Headmaster Will Speers shares three books that have unsettled and unbalanced him in the past year — Wild by Cheryl Strayed, The Yellow Birds by Kevin Powers, and Population: 485 by Michael Perry. Together, the books helped inspire him to bear the unbearable, to call for help, and to endure in times of great difficulty.
