Biography

Coach Foehl has served as the head coach for Saints boys and girls varsity squash teams since the 2014. He is also the Head Coach for the boys tennis team, and an assistant coach with the boys soccer team.

Before coming to St. Andrew's, Coach Foehl played on the varsity squash team at Williams College. He was a captain of the team during his senior year, and won the 2014 Division III Individual National Championship. Before attending Williams, Foehl was active on the US Squash junior tournament circuit, ultimately attaining his highest ranking of #10 nationally in the Boys U19 division. He also won four Massachusetts Closed championships, two at U17 and two at U19.

Coach Foehl also played varsity tennis at Mt. Greylock Regional High School in Williamstown, MA. During his two years on the team, the team had an overall record of 40-2, with their only two losses coming in two consecutive state finals. Foehl played first doubles both years, and went 39-3 with his partner.

Coach Foehl also was a starter on Mt. Greylock's varsity soccer team for his four years of high school. During his junior season, he played center midfield on Mt. Greylock's Div II State Championship team. During his senior year, Foehl scored 19 goals and was named the Berkshire County Player of the Year.
