The St. Andrew’s wrestling team traveled to Westtown School on Friday afternoon to take part in the Westtown Wrestling Tournament. Winning his second tournament in as many weeks was Brando Leggott ’18, taking first place in the 160 lb weight class. AJ Ayres ’19, in his first high school wrestling meet, finished second in the 182 lb weight class, while Owen Schneider ’21 took home a bronze medal in the 120 lb weight class.

"Saints wrestling had an outstanding night at the Westtown Wrestling Tournament," said Head Coach Phil Davis. "All our wrestlers fought hard this evening, battling private and public Pennsylvania schools."

The Saints will have their first home match on Tuesday afternoon against Delaware Design-Lab High School. The meet is set to begin at 4:00 p.m.
