Reflections on the St. Andrew's Experience

"I love the family feel of St. Andrew's!  I love going for runs in the woods and seeing all the beautiful wildlife that surrounds us.  I love waking up in the morning, heading down to breakfast and getting to hear stories about people's dreams from the night before.  I love never having to feel like I have nothing to do.  I love the support that teachers give you, and their passion for teaching.  I love getting new lunch table assignments, so that I can meet and make new friends.  I love after a long day of classes that I can go out and have fun playing sports.  I love looking out at the pond and thinking how awesome this place is."

"Although I have had many great adventures at St. Andrew's, my favorite memory would be the first snow day.  It was a Friday and I just finished Noxontones practice.  As I was leaving, I started to feel something on my face.  Being from a tropical island, I was very confused as to what was going on.  All of a sudden I realized it was snowing!  I then proceeded to run around the front lawn screaming like a lunatic.  Later, my friends and I decided to go on a hike to the locust pond.  We found it had frozen over and had a layer of snow on it.  We did the only logical thing: draw a picture on it.  So we drew a man by the name of Alejandro, and had a darn good time."
